Energy saving in the home – two journeys towards Net Zero

The two speakers, Graeme de Lande Long and David Woolley, are not professionals in energy saving but have both been on similar journeys towards energy efficiency and using solar energy in their homes. They will give an overview of a range of practical measures (costing from nothing to quite a lot!) and will share their experiences of the measures they’ve individually adopted and what they’ve found works in practice. By the installation of insulation and a significant amount solar PV, David is aspiring to get his home to Net Zero consumption – and is well on his way to doing so.

There will be information on potential grants and plenty of time at the end for questions and discussion on common issues and solutions.
