St. Augustine’s Church are opening their annexe this winter every Thursday in order to be a safe warm place at a time when many are being challenged by the cost of living crisis and soaring energy prices. There will be free soup lunch, tea, coffee and biscuits as well as activities such as jigsaws, board games and crafts. You can charge your phone, chat to other people or just enjoy a quiet space. It is completely FREE with no need to book – just turn up.
