The floor in the church is due for extensive repairs/replacement as it has reached the end of its useful life. The work will begin on 24th July and may last for several months into early October. During the repairs the Church annexe will be used for storage and so both the Church and annexe will be closed while the work is carried out. Sunday morning services will continue at St. Augustine’s School at the normal time of 10am. These services will also be live streamed on YouTube. The Coffee Shop will therefore close a little earlier for the summer break and the last one will be on Tuesday 18th July. It will remained closed in August and September. It will re-open as soon as the work is complete and the annexe is available again. During September the Anchor Coffee Shop intends to make alternative arrangements and will announce the details nearer the time.
The front garden and memorial garden of the church will remain open for times of quiet reflection.
